We only guarantee our freight quotes for 14 days because of everchanging fuel surcharges.
Shipping rates are determined by the amount of  square footage being shipped and the distance. Common carriers usually charge an additional fee of $40-$65 for home delivery. We will be glad to coordinate your shipping needs. Normal delivery by common carriers is 3-5 business days after picking up your order from our 50,000 square foot distribution center

You may make a return on unopened materials for any reason within that time period (Some minimum quantities may be required.) You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the product, as well as the cost incurred by AAA Wholesale Hardwood to ship the product to you. Some of our vendors charge us a restocking fee for which you would also be held accountable. In order to take advantage of this you MUST have a return authorization number; all returns without an authorization will be refused
